Elitech Engineering & Projects Ltd, is a company providing engineering and project management services to the industry. It is the successor of Elitech Integrated Systems which was formed in 1973 and has vast experience and reputation in constructing and implementing projects in the area of electricity and integrated systems in Israel and overseas.
Elitech Engineering & Projects was established and is owned by Ran Elimelech, who holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering after majoring in strong currents. He is highly experienced in project management, electrical systems and electro-mechanical systems, and his insight is based on practice as well as comprehensive theoretical knowledge.
The vast experience we have accumulated over the years in constructing and implementing complex, long-term projects in Israel and overseas forms the foundation to the way we at Elitech Engineering & Projects manage and supervise complex industrial projects.
Elitech Engineering & Projects is highly experienced in managing and supervising complex industrial projects in the following areas: renewable energy, private power plants, gas insulated substations (GIS), pressure reduction & metering stations (PRMS), military facilities and complex defense projects. It has been involved in many projects requiring a high degree of technological expertise, including clean rooms, command and control rooms and data centers, always carefully meeting the budgets and timetables that were established.
We manage and supervise projects of different magnitudes and varying degrees of complexity.

We at Elitech support our customers according to their specific needs throughout every step of the project:
• Prior to the customer being awarded the project – we provide advice and support in submitting the bid, which consist of conducting a tender survey, creating an initial timetable, preparing estimates and quantities lists in the areas of electricity and systems, and putting together the quotes to create an overall bid.
• After being awarded the tender – we study the plans and specifications and prepare a detailed work plan which consists of conducting risk assessments, preparing detailed timetables, preparing a zero budget for the project, preparing superposition and system coordination plans, establishing a document control (DC) system, and recruiting and placing engineers based on the customer’s requirements.
• The execution and delivery phase – the services we provide consist of on-site management, consultation and supervision in the areas of electricity and electro-mechanical systems. This includes superposition and system coordination plans, communication with the project designers, timetable management, budget management, document control (DC) management and on-site training of supervisors (QC). We then continue to the commissioning phase, all the way to final delivery, which includes the submission of operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals and as made drawings for the project.
In doing all of the above, we maintain the highest level of personal service and communicate with the customer on an ongoing basis.
It is our belief that to succeed, attention must be given to every detail. Planning which is as accurate and detailed as possible is the key to success. A management plan that is tailored to every project is a basic tool for command and control. These are the principles that guide us.
We at Elitech understand that extensive financial and organizational resources are invested in the projects we manage. Therefore, we ensure the budget for the project is met, and timetables are just as important.
